CASSOA Congratulates Amb. Liberat Mfumukeko

This is to congratulate Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Liberat Mfumukeko on his appointment and taking of office as the next Secretary General of the East African Community after Amb. Dr. Richard Sezibera successfully completed his term of office.

The Agency also takes this opportunity to thank Amb. Dr. Richard Sezibera for the service he rendered to the Community during the last five years. He expressed keen interest in aviation and had a wish to find a lasting solution to CASSOA’s sustainable funding mechanism. The Agency wishes him success in his next endeavours after his service in the EAC.
