06th March, 2023. East African Legislative Assembly committee on Communication, Trade and Investment visited the Agency on March 06th 2023 here in Entebbe – Uganda. 18th November, 2022. The 60th CASSOA Board meeting was held in Nairobi Kenya on 17th of November 2022. The meeting was attended by Director Generals of Civil Aviation from EAC Partner States and a Regional Director of ICAO ESAF office based in Nairobi, Kenya. (more…)
28th February, 2022. The Agency in partnership with European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) organized a training of inspectors on Specific Approvals. A five days training session was attended by a total of 19 participants from CASSOA and partner states. (more…)

Management and Staff of the Agency congratulates the Late Mr. Arthur Rutembesa, the achiever of Gold Performer Award for the year 2020-2021. Mr. Rutembesa was working as a Senior Information Technology Officer in ICT department of EAC CASSOA.

1st Nov,2021. A delegation from East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) paid a visit to CASSOA as part of their oversight activities in the Community. The Executive Director of CASSOA, Mr Emile Arao and management, received the honourable members.
(more…)It is with a heavy heart we bring you this sad news. Our colleague Mr. Arthur Rurembesa has gone to be with the Lord on 14th of October 2021. The entire CASSOA family is greatly saddened by the loss of our brother, friend and a colleague. He was a family man and an IT exprert with vast knowledge of aviation. Please remember his family and us in your prayers.
